The parameters configured in the robot system to command inputs, maximum gains or losses, loss recovery, characterized by technical terms (input, stop gain, stop loss) are the sole responsibility of the Contracting user, so that losses and/or losses arising from operations, including those automated by the robot, cannot be attributed to SamyRobot, as every system is subject to failure, the user assumes the full risk on the invested capital.

SamyRobot does not receive any share of profits and/or earnings from brokers and the like, arising from transactions executed by the robot SamyRobot.

The User/Contractor declares that it is clearly aware that the broker used as a means to carry out the transactions performed by SamyRobot may restrict transactions based on the maximum trading limit for the currency or other criteria established by it, without prior notice. These rules are defined by the Broker and are not explicit, so that any restriction is only identified at the time or after the purchase and the user must contact the Broker directly to verify this information.

The user is aware that between Brokers there may be differences in the entries and exits of transactions, both between brokers of their own name, or comparison with other people's brokers, in real or demo accounts, thus, SamyRobot is not responsible for differences applied.

The User/Contractor declares to be aware that, if the robot is prevented from performing an operation as a result of any of the situations provided for in the  previous paragraph, the SamyRobot developer company will not have any responsibility and that the impediment to the execution of the transaction by the Broker does not constitute a problem with the functioning of the system.

The User/Contractor is well aware that any problems caused by changes in SamyRobot settings are the sole responsibility of the user, such as closing or shutting down the robot or vps and sub-understanding of backtests, In addition, problems involving internet connection, vps, energy electrical or other related means are the sole responsibility of the user,

The User/Contractor declares that it is expressly and unequivocally aware that failures arising from the lack of adaptations of its computer terminal and/or its internet access provider, including any delay, that may or may cause losses/losses are of its sole responsibility, exempting SamyRobot from any liability.

The User/Contractor declares to be aware that he assumes the risks involved in the operations and that if he does not understand the financial market or has an advisor, legal, financial or accounting advisor, he may contribute to the loss of capital and that any losses /losses cannot be attributed to SamyRobot specifically or generally.

The User/Contractor declares to have carried out all the adjustments in his computer terminal and in his internet access provider, necessary for the correct functioning of the robot's functionalities, as well as he declares to have tested these adjustments in the brokerage's demo account before executing them in real account.

The User/Contractor is aware that they can pause the license in case of monthly contracting, if they believe it is necessary and if they choose to pause the license at any time, they agree that they will not be able to pause it again in the same month.

The service provided is fully delivered to the user after approval and procedures by the payment intermediary according to the monthly plan provided by SamyRobot, after the termination of the contracted plan, the license will be unavailable, requiring a new contract to use in a real account, if you want to continue using. Furthermore, there is also a lifetime license, for up to 4 contracts, after contracting the license is made available for a lifetime, for the use of up to 4 contracts.

The user understands that a free download is available for demo accounts, and any and all results generated in it are not a guarantee of results in a real account, neither will the results made in the demo account be validated in their real account. The free download is for testing purposes only.

The User/Contractor is clearly aware that the backtests do not represent a guarantee of results, only information on the results of past periods.

The User/Contractor is aware that requests for reimbursement in case of withdrawal are not applicable, regardless of the contracted plan, as this is a service, where we provide updates and support and do not guarantee the robot's result.

We may, without prior notice, change or limit the available sets, as the market moves, for a better user experience with the best set at the time. 

We may change our values described on the website without prior notice, however all contracting users will be informed of this change in advance.
 

Finally, the User/Contractor is clearly aware that SamyRobot, its developers, administrators and partners are exempt from any problems caused by default settings or defined and changed by users, brokers, platforms and financial market and the like,  since every system is subject to failure and the financial market is volatile, so the user assumes the full risk on the invested capital.
